Summary of Position:
The Office Manager will assist and support the Program Director and CUNY Fatherhood Academy staff in all responsibilities that include but are not limited to recruitment, data entry, communications (phone, e-mail, fax, etc.), copying & filing, participant supply distribution, inventory, correspondence, record maintenance, and office maintenance, event planning and special projects.
Office Manager must be comfortable with phone communication, e-mail notifications, and working with young adults. Office Manager must be able to adaptable to new tasks, as the needs of the program shift periodically.

Applicant must be able to commute to Kingsborough CC, Monday through Friday with preferable schedule of 10am-2pm.
